How the hydrogen water to reomve pesticide residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables?



Pesticide removal performance test, the specific method is as follows:


 1) Put the fruits and vegetables into the water containing 100mg/L omethoate emulsion for 3 seconds and remove them to dry;


 2) Put the hydrogen babe ball in the water at a ratio of 1:10 and stir evenly, then put the dried fruits and vegetables into the water, let the water just over the fruits and vegetables, turn twice within 10 minutes, remove and control the drying, with clear water as Comparative Experiment;

3) Test: Use LS-SC-32 rapid pesticide residue detector (Instrument features: use enzyme inhibition rate method, in line with national standard GB/T5009.199-2003, can quickly detect pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable samples, the detection limit is 0.2 ppm), the colorimetric method is used to test the residual omethoate concentration of the sample.

Test the absorbance A at a wavelength of 412nm, and the pesticide residues are expressed by the inhibition rate, which is calculated as follows:
